- 8th 10-pull (80 pulls) guarantees featured
- Worst case: 140 pulls total for featured Arc Disc
- No soft pity
Community Debate: The character banner's "no off-rate" is a core selling point, making the Arc banner's 75% off-rate feel like payback. Many players feel the generosity of the character banner is offset by the weapon banner.
